An Entangled World

ABOUT

01 / ABOUT ME

Not Two Identities, but an Entanglement.

I am not an artist who happens to conduct research, nor a scholar who occasionally makes art.

I inhabit the entanglement of both.

My artworks think. My writing experiments.

Philosophy becomes fiction. Fiction becomes research. Research becomes material, embodied and alive.

Through diffractive practices, I explore how human and more-than-human worlds emerge through one another — not as separate entities competing for space, but as relations continuously making and remaking each other.

Every project is an opening into other possible worlds.

Every encounter is a cutting together-apart.

02 / ABOUT THIS WORLD

A Website That Refuses to Be Divided.

This website begins with a contradiction.

To make my work accessible, I have divided it into two pathways: ARTIST and SCHOLAR.

Yet my practice has never belonged entirely to either.

An artwork may begin as a philosophical question. A research paper may emerge from an encounter with materials. A workshop may become an experiment, a performance, and a form of knowledge production at once.

The distinction between ARTIST and SCHOLAR is therefore not a division of who I am, but a way of navigating different expressions of an entangled practice.

These categories are navigational cuts, not ontological separations.

Like mycelium growing beneath the surface, connections do not necessarily follow the boundaries through which we organise and understand the world.

They branch, intersect, disappear and re-emerge.

This website is an invitation to follow those connections.

Somewhere beneath the surface,

something is still becoming.

Perhaps we are already part of each other's becoming.
